Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King (Japanese: ブラッククローバー 魔法帝の剣, Hepburn: Burakku Kurōbā: Mahōtei no Ken) is a Japanese anime film directed by Ayataka Tanemura and produced by Pierrot. Based on the Black Clover manga by Yūki Tabata, which premiered in Japanese cinemas and worldwide on Netflix on June 16, 2023. Asta, a boy born without magic in a world where magic is everything, and his rival Yuno, a brilliant wizard chosen from the legendary 4-Leaf Grimoire, they fought together against many powerful enemies to save their Prove power over adversity and pursue the ultimate wizard, the Witch King. Conrad Leto, the former predecessor of Julius Novachrono, was once respected by the people of the Clover kingdom. However, he unexpectedly turned against the kingdom and was subsequently sealed by Julius himself.Now Conrad has reappeared, wielding the “Imperial Sword” and seeking to destroy the Clover kingdom and usher in a new era of equality, destroying everything and reviving only those he deems worthy of a place in his fictional society holds.
